Find the perfect class for your training goals
We've put a lot of thought into structuring the timetable properly so everyone gets fair and quality access to training. We now run three boxing sessions, four advanced adult sessions, and four beginner adult sessions, alongside juniors, cadets, women's classes, fitness, sparring, and open gym. The aim was to balance the week so every level has strong time slots, consistent progression, and the right environment to develop whether you're just starting out or training at a more advanced level.

Junior Muay Thai
Our Junior Muay Thai program is designed to introduce young fighters to the art and discipline of Muay Thai in a safe, supportive environment. With classes for ages 6-12, we focus on building confidence, technique, and respect for the sport.
